Leadership Team

George Andrews : George Andrews is the Managing Director of Careerflyt.  He is also the Academic Head of India’s premier IELTS training institute, Darsana Academy, Kottayam, for over a decade.  He is an authorised English Language Trainer of British Council and Cambridge ESOL and a CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) qualified teacher from Cambridge ESOL.

Shaji Thomas: Shaji Thomas is the other director of Careerflyt.  He is also the Chief cordinator of Darsana Academy, Kottayam, for over a decade.
